Eligibility 

  1. The MoneySmart “Membership Store” (https://www.moneysmart.sg/dashboard/store) and “Everyday Rewards” (https://www.moneysmart.sg/dashboard/everyday-rewards) is only available to MoneySmart Plus members.
  1. In order to become a MoneySmart Plus member (“member”), you need to complete your “Financial Profile” on the MoneySmart Dashboard (https://www.moneysmart.sg/dashboard/profile/financial).

Membership Store 

  1. The Membership Store is only open for purchase to MoneySmart Plus members. members who purchase items from the Membership Store are eligible for exclusive cashback deals.
  2. In order for a store purchase to be successful, members are required to make a payment using a valid credit card.
  1. A member can purchase up to a maximum of 5 products from the MoneySmart Store. Depending on the severity of this policy violation, MoneySmart may take measures such as canceling your orders and applying account restrictions on the respective individual.
  1. MoneySmart reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms & Conditions. Your continued usage of the site following such notifications shall constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any such changes you are to cease using the site immediately.
  1. Merchant specific Terms & Conditions will apply to all e-vouchers in the MoneySmart Store. These merchants reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms & Conditions.

Everyday Rewards

  1. Everyday Rewards campaigns have the following requirements:
  • Everyday Rewards is only available to MoneySmart Plus members. 
  • You are required to link a credit card account to match the participating bank provider in an ongoing Everyday Rewards campaign.
  • Have not charged at least one participating subscription, using the relevant bank credit card account. The credit card account should at least be 90 days clear of transactions from a specific subscription provider for it to qualify as a new transaction.
  • Only subscription transactions that are charged on a monthly basis would qualify.
  • Transactions in your credit card accounts must match the unique transaction identifiers associated with the participating subscription provider. Refer to the full list from the Terms & Conditions in a specific Everyday Rewards campaign. 
  • Payments for subscriptions must be made directly to the eligible service providers, through their app, website, or physically with your credit card at the store. Subscription payments made through third-party platforms (such as banking applications, AXS, or SAM) will not qualify you to receive cashback. Please refer to our guide if you are unsure of how to make eligible payments.
  • When claiming cashback for a specific month, you have to “Sync Latest Transactions” within 90 days from when a charge occurs to qualify.
  1. Each Everyday Rewards campaign would have its own set of eligibility criteria under its Terms and Conditions. 
  1. MoneySmart reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms & Conditions. Your continued usage of the site following such notifications shall constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any such changes you are to cease using the site immediately.

MoneySmart Membership

  1. As a condition of your use of the MoneySmart Membership Store (https://www.moneysmart.sg/dashboard/store) and MoneySmart Everyday Rewards (https://www.moneysmart.sg/dashboard/everyday-rewards), you warrant that (i) you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation (ii) you will use this site in accordance with these Terms & Conditions; (iii) you will only use this site for legitimate purposes; (iv) all information provided by you on this site is true, accurate, current and complete. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this site and the services MoneySmart offers, at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  1. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential.
  1. We reserve the right to terminate or delete any accounts at our sole discretion at any time and for any reason.
  1. We are entitled to act on all instructions received by anyone using your account and are not responsible for any transactions made without your authorisation.
  1. You agree to the use of your personal data, including the transferral of data, for the purposes of facilitating a transaction and providing sales support for a transaction.
  1. This Agreement shall remain effective until we or you terminate it.
  • Termination by MoneySmart: In our sole and absolute discretion, we may with immediate effect upon giving you notice, terminate your use of the Platform and/or Services and/or disable your Username and Password. We may bar access to the Platform and/or Services (or any part thereof) for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of any of these Terms & Conditions or where if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with any terms or conditions set out herein, or if in our opinion or the opinion of any regulatory authority, it is not suitable to continue providing the services relating to the Platform.
  1. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully. If you do not accept all of them, please do not use this site.

MoneySmart Cashback

  1. Cashback can be acquired through the entire MoneySmart Membership which includes both the MoneySmart Store (https://www.moneysmart.sg/dashboard/store) and MoneySmart Everyday Rewards (https://www.moneysmart.sg/dashboard/everyday-rewards).
  1. The cashback acquired through the membership on both the MoneySmart Store (https://www.moneysmart.sg/dashboard/store) and MoneySmart Everyday Rewards (https://www.moneysmart.sg/dashboard/everyday-rewards) is fully administered by MoneySmart and is not associated with the participating banks nor merchants.
  1. The minimum amount for cashback withdrawal is S$5.00.
  1. When requesting for cashback withdrawal, members must ensure that:
  • The correct PayNow mobile number is provided.
  1. MoneySmart will disburse the cashback into members PayNow accounts within 10 to 15 working days.

Unlinking of a Credit Card Account

  1. Members are able to unlink their credit card account anytime by doing the following:

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Members shall be solely responsible to share the correct details with MoneySmart. MoneySmart shall not be responsible for any defaults/failure in item delivery due to incorrect information shared by members.
  1. The process of item delivery will be as follows: 
  • After an order is placed, MoneySmart will send an email with the expected delivery date.
  • In normal circumstances, orders should take 7 to 10 working days to reach you. If you have not received your order within this specified time, please contact us here.
  • Bulky items may take additional time to be delivered as delivery is not managed by MoneySmart.

    i. By placing an order in the MoneySmart Store, members consent to MoneySmart sharing their shipping details to third party vendors for the purpose of identification and order fulfillment.

    ii. Members are responsible for ensuring that the details including (but not limited to) the mailing address provided is accurate.
  1. MoneySmart is not liable for any damage or loss of item caused by our delivery partners.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

  1. Items purchased via the MoneySmart Store are covered under the respective merchants’ exchange and warranty policies. 
  1. In the event of receiving a defective product, please contact the respective merchant to initiate the exchange process.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Once an order is placed on the MoneySmart Store, no cancellation is allowed.
  1. MoneySmart reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders made on the MoneySmart Store that are deemed to be fraudulent.

Fraud Prevention

  1. MoneySmart is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. As a MoneySmart Plus member, it is your responsibility to ensure your account is being used honestly and ethically.
  1. Please read the Terms & Conditions before making any purchase on the MoneySmart Store. By making a purchase, you agree to MoneySmart's Terms & Conditions.
  1. If you have reason to believe that a fraudulent transaction has occurred in your account, kindly contact us.

Governing Law and Disputes

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Singapore, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. 

Force Majeure

  1. MoneySmart shall have no liability for delays or failure in performance caused by any event beyond our control.
